Bra Tekna start cooking

• Always fill the cooker with a minimum quantity equivalent to 25 cl.

Maximum full:

• Never fill the Bra Tekna pressure cooker body above 2/3 of its height, including food.
• In the case that you are going to cook foods that are slow cooking, such as rice, dehydrated legumes or compotes, never fill the cooker body above half of its height.

Bra Tekna cooking times

• Meat broth 15 ~ 20 min.
• Stew 20 ~ 25 min.
• Vegetable soup 8 ~ 10 min.
• Fish soup 3 ~ 8 min.
