Lacor Classic rubber seal

Hummus (Hummus):
400 g of chickpeas
1/2 liter chicken stock
2 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons ground cumin
8 tablespoons olive oil
Sesame
1 lemon
1 onion, chopped
Chopped chives
Yogurt or milk
, Paprika, salt and white pepper

Elaboration:
We wash the beans with hot water and soak them with a little salt for 12 hours.
Heat the broth in the pressure cooker Lacor. Bring to the boil add the chickpeas and garlic and close the pot. When we enter the rotary valve has reached its maximum pressure down the heat to low and cook for 20/25 minutes. We removed the pot and let out all the steam.
Chickpeas and drain them enter into the blender, add the cumin, sesame, lemon juice and olive oil.
Crush and add the chicken stock, we reached the desired thickness. Add the yogurt, salt and pepper.
Serve hummus with chive, chives, sesame, paprika and olive oil.
