How to avoid excessive pressure:

The pressure cooker Magefesa has two excessive pressure prevention systems:

Working valve: When the pressure inside the cooker corresponds to the selectet working pressure, the working valve allows vapour to escape, thus prevening the pressure from increasing.

Safety valve: This is located on the inside of the lid handle. It is activated only when the working valve fails to carry out its function (when it is dirty, for example) and causes a large quality of vapour to escape from all around the lid handle. It is happens, clean the working valve inmediately.
