Valve for pressure cooker Monix

Monix Classica first use

• Place the Monix Classica operating valve above the valve centralizer and push down.
• Fill the cooker body with water up to 2/3 of its height.
• Close the Monix Classica cooker on top of a heat source at maximum level.
• When steam begins to leave from the operating valve, reduce to heat to a minimum level and set time for 20 minutes.
• When the 20 minutes have passed, turn off the heat completely.
• To despressurize the Monix Classica pressure cooker, place it bellow a flow of cold water.
• When steam stops leaving the operating valve, remove the valve with the  help of a damp cloth and open the Monix Classica pressure cooker.
• Wash and dry the Monix Classica cooker lid and body.
