Monix Selecta pressure cooker selector

• Minimum working: Recommended for vegetables and soft foods.

Monix Selecta triple safety system

The Monix Selecta pressure cooker has three safety systems in order to guarantee the maximum levels of safety during the use.

• The Monix Selecta working valve acts releasing the surplus of steam in case of excess of pressure inside the pressure cooker through the air vent located in the pressure selector device.
• In the unlikely event of obstruction of the working valve a security valve would release the overpressure inside the pressure cooker.
• The third safety system would act in the case of malfunction of the working and security valve by expanding the silicone gasket and releasing the surplus of pressure inside the cooker through the groove located in the edge of the stainless steel lid.
