Bra Tekna first use

• Before using the cooker for the first time, we recommended cleaning all the parts well eith hot water, liquid detergents, and non-scratching dishcloths. Do not put the lid in the dishwasher, even if you can so do with it attached to the body.
• Fill the Bra Tekna cooker body with water up to 2/3 of its height.
• Close the Bra Tekna pressure cooker.
• Place the cooker on top of a heat source and maximum level.
• When steam begins to leave from the operating valve, reduce the heat to a minimum level and set time for 20 minutes.
• When the 20 mintes have passed, turn off the heat completely.
• To depressurize the Bra Tekna pressure cooker, mouve the pressure selector in this position. There will be a strong flow of stream through the valve, which will reduce as the interior pressure dissipates. To reduce the pressure cooker more quickly, you can coll the cooker by pouring a small stream of water on the lid. When the seal is worm out, rapid and violent decompression can occur, which means that this should always be carried with the utmost caution.
• When steam stops leaving the operating valve, remove the valve with the help of a damp cloth and open the cooker.
• Wash and dry the Bra Tekna pressure cooker.

• Clams 2 ~ 6 min.
• Tuna 3 ~ 5 min.
• Cod 5 ~ 8 min.
• Squid 5 ~ 8 min.
